We’re proud to have been given the opportunity to complete major refurbishment works at All Saints Church, Portsmouth - a historical landmark that sits right at the heart of the city.

Originally designed by Jacob Owen and constructed in 1828, the church stands as a testament to enduring craftsmanship. This incredible piece of architecture was built from Portland stone, supported by cast iron pillars, and crowned with a distinctive six-groined lathe and plaster ceiling that captures its historic character.

Our works included full painting and decoration, along with intricate Lime Plaster repairs using specialist materials sourced specifically for this project. From the ground up (and often working at height!), our team operated with care and precision within a live, functional church, where preservation and attention to detail were essential at every stage.

This has been a long-running project that we’re incredibly proud to have delivered, restoring a space that has served generations and continues to mean so much to the Portsmouth community.
