That’s what has driven the way I work and the standards I set since day one. I stay closely involved in our projects and take pride in being accessible to both clients and our teams on-site. Doing the job properly, safely and to a high standard has always mattered to me, and those principles shape how business operates day to day.
We deliver everything from planned maintenance to full refurbishments, but most of all, we deliver what we say we will. Many of our clients have worked with us for years, and that loyalty means a great deal to me. I believe it comes from being straightforward, honest and treating every project with the same level of care, regardless of size or complexity.

Operations & Projects Manager
Overseeing the full project lifecycle, the Projects and Operations Manager coordinates programmes and resources for planned & reactive maintenance, ensuring efficient delivery aligned with budgets, timelines, and overall operational performance.
Mark Gower
Contracts Manager
Protecting both programme delivery and financial performance throughout the project, our Contracts Manager handles the contractual and commercial management, including appointments, variations, valuations, and cost control.

Operations, Administration, & Projects Support Officer
Supporting wider operations, our Operations, Admin, & Projects Support Officer manages RAMS, admin, coordination, procurement, accounts, invoicing, and internal processes to keep information organised and work progressing smoothly.

Keeping sites clean, compliant, and well-managed throughout the project lifecycle, the Waste Disposal & Management team coordinate responsible waste removal, site clearance, and disposal processes to support safe, efficient project delivery.
